GFA Architects - established in 2006 and based in Hammersmith, West London - specialises in the design of sports buildings in conservation areas and in Royal and Regional Parks. In 2008 they completed the Hyde Park Boathouse for Bluebird Boats and in 2011 and 2012 worked on the London Olympic Games in collaboration with Holmes Miller Architects.

They are committed to meeting the UN Sustainable Development Goals through their involvement in the education of the next generation of architects who will act as custodians of the built environment. We are currently researching building designs that can be manufactured at scale to meet the demands of growing populations.

Our vision is to design sustainable communities and minimise our impact on natural systems. Our mission is to design, manage and deliver efficient, sustainable masterplans or buildings that make a significant contribution to the community and are a convincing proposition for investors, owners, the local community and the local planning authority.
